The sensor can be placed on doors and windows as well as liquor cabinet doors and gun safes for quick and simple security alerts. You can set the Siren and Chime to sound a more subtle chime sound to let you know a door or window has been opened or you can set it to sound a loud alarm if the applicationis critical (eg, gun safe, medicine cabinet, etc.).
For example, parents with young children that are not yet pool safe can install the sensor to the door leading to the backyard so they get alerted if someone goes outside.
